Build gcc-5.3.0　gcc-5.3.0ビルド

I'll keep gcc to the latest version.　gccを最新版にしておこう。

Build mpfr-3.1.3　mpfr3.1.3ビルド

root@jesse:~# cd mpfr-3.1.3

Build gmp-6.1.0　gmp-6.1.0ビルド

Build mpc-1.0.3　mpc-1.0.3ビルド

Build gcc-5.3.0　gcc-5.3.0ビルド

For some reason, an error occurs in PHP.
